Lawrence Architecture was one of 3 firms hired by the prime consultant, Weinstein Copeland Architects (WCA), to provide design diversity for this 120 acre, multi-cultural, mixed-income neighborhood redevelopment for the City of Seattle.  Working with WCA, design services were provided for multiple unit types, while construction documentation services were provided for two unit types.
